  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup full cream Milk
  • 1 to 1.5 Cup Sugar (can be adjusted as per sweetness required)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract (can be taken in any other flavour)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar has dissolved completely.

2. Pour the mixture into a shallow freezer-safe container.  Place it in the freezer and every 30 minutes for the first few hours, remove the container from the freezer and vigorously stir the mixture to break up any ice crystals. Repeat this process until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency.

3. If desired, you can add additional ingredients like crushed cookies, chocolate chips, fruit, or nuts during the last few minutes of churning.

4. Once the cream has reached the desired consistency, transfer it to an airtight container or cone.

5. Place the container or cones in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours to allow the Ice Cream to firm up.

6. After the cream has been set, it is ready to be enjoyed. Serve it in bowls or cones and garnish with your favourite toppings.

Homemade delicious dessert tends to be softer than the market, so let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to allow it to soften slightly.
